i always manage to pick out something nice from eric's blog.
there's something wrong with me. i feel like throwing up everytime i eat. and there's something hanging on my throat.
maybe i'm just worried SICK about Idea project. T_T
went to watch SCO @ The Racecourse just now, with wanting, junda and his mum. its been so long since i attended an actual orchestra concert. okay this one doesnt even count as an actual one.
but i really miss watching good orchestras perform. the feeling of... trying to receive what the musicians are conveying, and grasp what the song is telling.
i still cant break it down into single parts, like justin and wanting. anyway, music is supposed to be heard as one piece isnt it? thats the whole purpose of harmonising and letting the different parts come together, isnt it? soooo. i dont mind if i cant break it down into parts. i just listen and go with what i feel most of the time. =\
the last piece they played was a symphony orchestra piece, Slavonic Dance No 8. SO WEIRD LAH. different dynamics from chinese orchestra pieces. it sounded so... symphonic-ish. =\
